Tripp is a seasoned political strategist with extensive experience in national, state, and local campaigns. Most recently, he served as an Advisor to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, WI. In previous election cycles, he held key leadership roles at the Republican National Committee, including Deputy Political Director, Deputy National Field Director, and State Director. In these capacities, he oversaw the deployment of strategic initiatives across the country, managed hundreds of staff members in Washington, D.C., and the field, and played a pivotal role in launching the party’s Election Integrity operation. Before his tenure at the RNC, Tripp worked on high-profile campaigns, including Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith’s U.S. Senate race and Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s presidential and Senate campaigns. A native of Langford, Mississippi, Tripp is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi.
