Scott grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a major in political science and minor in business administration. He lives in Columbia, South Carolina where he has raised money for and run campaigns for over 25 years. Scott got his political start in the polling division of the Dole-Kemp campaign in 1996 and went on to serve as the Finance Director at the SC Republican Party from 1998-2000, Finance Director and later Campaign Manager for Senator Lindsey Graham from 2001-2023, Campaign Manager for Governor Henry McMaster in 2018, and Senior Advisor to Herschel Walker’s Senate campaign in 2021-2022. Scott joined Push Digital Group in 2023 as the COO where he oversees the daily operations of the company. In his spare time, Scott is pursuing a master’s degree in seminary, plays the drums at his church, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
