For more than a decade, Caleb Smith has been the leading digital communications expert on Capitol Hill. He is the only person alive to have served three different Speakers of the House: John Boehner, Paul Ryan, and most recently, Kevin McCarthy as his Head of Communications, where he led the successful communications strategy behind the landmark debt ceiling negotiation. Prior to Capitol Hill, Caleb ran political campaigns and managed a motorcycle dealership.
